So as some of you may know, I have been working away on the new comic which had the working title of Ravensdale. Well, I can finally announce that the actual title is THE HOLY NUMBERS and its coming really, really soon.

What's it about?

In a nutshell its about belief and how what we believe affects our reality. I But its also a murder mystery, a political thriller and as usual for me, a character study.

Its going to be a webcomic with a three panel strip posted Monday to Friday. I have the first three week's strips completed but I want to have a few strips online the day of the launch along with a decent buffer.

After I did Issue 2 of Short Sharp Shocks, I realised that I wasn't happy with the fact that the cover was so different from the first issue. So I said that if I ever got the chance I would re-do the covers to give them a bit more of a consistent theme. With issue 3 nearly done, it seemed like a good opportunity to do exactly that. When issue 3 comes out (fingers crossed early in June), I'll also be doing a bit of a re-launch of the first two issues with the new covers. So here they are!

Now all I have to do is finish drawing the insides!!

A v X Day - Wolverine

So today is the big launch day for Avengers vs X-Men, and the Sketchpaddys will be in Dublin City Comics selling sketches today to mark the big occasion. To get into the swing of things, I decided to to a pic of one of the people who bats for both teams, so to speak.
